The Ring

Ring watches might be rare but they are not unheard of and have been part of the horology history. In 1558 Elizabeth I ascended to the throne and was reputed to have had a ring-watch with an alarm. With this idea in mind, Julien wishes to collaborate with a watch brand one day and develop the 21th century tourbillon ring-watch. A sculpture object, with intimate time indication englobed into a transparent sapphire case promoting the watchmaking craft.

Les montres à bague sont peut-être rares, mais elles ne sont pas inconnues et ont fait partie de l’histoire de l’horlogerie. En 1558, Elizabeth I monta sur le trône et était réputée pour avoir eu une montre à anneau avec une alarme. Fort de cette idée, Julien souhaite un jour collaborer avec une marque horlogère et développer la montre-anneau tourbillon du XXIème siècle. Un objet sculpture à l’indication intime de l’heure, englobé dans un boîtier en saphir transparent mettant en valeur le métier d’horloger.
